Morris Masonry Restoration LLC is a masonry company specializing in the restoration and rehabilitation of both historic buildings and newer buildings. We have a key crew of masons who have special training and hands-on experience in historically correct masonry procedures. We also do waterproofing and other assorted masonry projects.

Our clients include: Catholic Diocese of Buffalo, Buffalo Board of Education, miscellaneous other Boards of Education in Erie and Niagara Counties, State of New York, Erie County, University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, OGS and DASNY. Morris Masonry Restoration LLC is a signatory to collective bargaining units with Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #3, Buffalo Laborers Local #210, and Niagara County Laborers Local #91. 

Our Team

Nathan Morris 

is the president of Morris Masonry Restoration LLC. The company was formed in May, 1999, and Nathan is one of the owners of the company. Nathan is in charge of managing the company, originally a general foreman and has been with the company since 2001, with 25 years of experience in the masonry field. Projects he has run include:

Mathew Morris 

is the Vice President, estimator & project manager. He is also one of the owners. Originally a historically trained mason & general foreman. He has been with the company 22 years. Mathew has run some of our larger stone & terra cotta repair work.

RJ Morris 

Is a project Manager and one of the owners. He joined Local #3 Bricklayers as an apprentice in 2007. He was a journeyman until 2022 when he became a part owner and has transitioned into part the office staff. 

Phil Gonser 

is an estimator and project manager. He joined the firm in 2021 and has over 40 years of experience in the masonry field. Starting as a mason and working his way to Foreman, Superintendent and then Estimator/PM. Phil’s field and on job experience makes him an extremely valuable asset to Morris Masonry

Robert Wright 

is an estimator & project manager, originally a general foreman and has been with the company since 1999, making his way through the apprenticeship program with Local #3 (a 4-year program) while in our employ. He has 25 years of experience in the masonry field. Projects he has run for us include:

The balance of our workforce is comprised of many talented masons. We strive to provide our employees with hands-on training and specialty classes to perform historically correct masonry restoration. We monitor the work progress of all our projects and try to keep our winning teams together whenever possible. All of our more experienced employees have worked on key projects in the Erie-Niagara area over the years, including projects such as the 1901 Pan American Exposition Building rehabilitation project, the Darwin Martin House project, Roswell Park Lintel Restoration, and the Old Fort Niagara restoration project.
